The problem
Sharing a screen means trusting every window, notification, and stray browser tab not to betray you. One wrong Cmd-Tab in a client call or on a conference stage, and a private conversation, a document, or a half-written email is suddenly the presentation.
How ThePresenter works
You decide up front which applications and windows may be shown, saved as a profile. Then you present and switch between your allowed apps naturally — anything you did not approve stays private, even when it is on your screen. No rehearsed window choreography, no second monitor gymnastics.

Privacy by design
The applications you configure and their window titles are stored locally on your Mac, in your profiles. ThePresenter does not save screenshots of your screen. Recordings you choose to make are stored locally. The screen content, recordings, application names, and window titles described here are not transmitted by this product behavior, and there is no profile-sharing feature.
Diagnostics, crash reporting, and licensing behavior will be documented precisely before the product launches; we make specific claims rather than blanket ones.
Availability
ThePresenter is in beta and expected to become available in August 2026 — an expectation during beta testing, not a guaranteed date. Pricing will be announced.
